Debbie's Journey Continues

The second part of my sight seeing yesterday.

This picture was taken at the Kazuri factory and shop in Karen Kenya, very near to Karen't house. I was able to take a tour of the factory and I was very impressed by the beautiful work being done there. Primarily Kazuri employs single mothers, obviously this picture is of a male employee throwing pottery onto a potter's wheel. I am not sure that I had seen a potter's wheel in action before so I wanted to be sure and capture it in a picture.Posted by Picasa
